Parker Software has released updates for Archer and Archer Pro. Archer is a multi-media slide showplayer that supports multiple video players and still images. The 2.3.3 update for Archer features bug fixes and background enhancements. Version 3.1.1 for Archer Pro features an improved single-keystroke interface and image enhancements. Archer 2.3.3, our popular and free multimedia viewer for Mac OS X sees the following improvements.
A bug that caused certain images to be rendered incorrectly has been fixed. Also new in this release is the ability to change the background using the standard Color Picker window as well as bypressing either the "." (Period) key or the "," (Comma) key.
Archer 2.3.3 and ArcherPro 3.1.1 continue to provide the unparalled single-keystroke access required by some users but appreciated by anyone who needs to process many images one at a time in very rapid fashion.
ArcherPro 3.1.1, our advanced multimedia viewer for Mac OS X sees even more improvements. Weive added the most asked for features to make ArcherPro the only choice when you need single keystroke editing for large numbers of image files.
In addition to ArcherProis popular single keystroke driven interface, we have also improved functionality in other areas.
This release sees the addition of Pan Image command which lets you pan through images larger than your display. You can also use the new Tag Image command. If you see an image you like, hit the "T" key or select Tag Image from the Play menu. A blue bar appears at the top of the image. When you use the Export Slide Show command, you will be given the opportunity to export the entire slide show or only the images that you have tagged. Tags are saved with your ArcherPro documents.
