AutoTagX Version 2.0 Released

· by Mike Washlesky · News

Mark Malson has released a new version of AutoTagX, bringing it to version 2.0. AutoTagX is an MP3 utility designed for organizing MP3 music files with consistent tags and labels. The latest version features improved an improved user interface. According to Mark Malson:

Mark Malson is very pleased to announce an update of AutoTagX(tm) to version 2.0 for Mac OS X.

AutoTagX(tm) automatically adds the correct Title, Artist, and Album tags to your MP3 albums, no matter where you got them from.

AutoTagX(tm) is what tagging on the Mac should be like. You can tag an entire CD without having to type anything in.

Version 2.0 features a completely updated user interface. Features step-by-step instructions so new users should find it much easier to figure out. I hope you will find it much easier to use.

Other new features:

  • Smart searching so you only get the closest matches to your album from the FreeDB
  • Smart Capitalization so your titles display correctly

You can find more information about the latest AutoTagX release at the Mark Malson Web site. AutotagX 2.0 is free for registered users, while the full version is available for US$12.95.
