Marketcircle announced on Friday that is is temporarily lowering the price of Billings 3 from US$59.95 to $39.95. Billings 3 is a time tracking and invoicing application for small businesses and freelancers.

Billings 3 offers overdue invoice notifications, the ability to consolidate invoices for multiple projects, time tracking, report and invoice templates, and more.

The $39.95 price point is good for the next seven weeks.
