Fastforward Software announced the immediate availability of Bin-it 1.4 on Tuesday. The updated version of the Mac OS X Trash enhancement application added a new Dock menu along with an eject symbol when moving removable media icons.
The new version also increased the max trash level from 100MB up to 1GB, added a badge to the Bin-it icon showing the number of items in the trash, and added the ability to count all items in the trash or just top-level items.
Bin-it 1.4 is priced at US$12.50, and is available for download at the Fastforward Software Web site. The update is free for version 1 users.
