Boinx Software announced the immediate availability of BoinxTV 1.0 on Tuesday. BoinxTV is an application that turns your Mac into a live video recording studio.

The application supports up to three cameras, lets users add special effects, titles and captions in while recording, and includes chroma key support. It also ships with over 30 video layers like video switcher, RSS crawler, lower third, interview setup, and more, and users can make their own layer templates with Appleis Quartz Composer.

BoinxTV is priced at US$499 and is available at the Boinx Software Web site. A sponsored version that requires a BoinxTV credit in every video is also available for $199.
