BeLight Software and Lismore Software Systems have released Business Card Composer 3.1 and Guest PC 1.4, respectively. Both applications add support for Mac OS X v10.4 "Tiger." In addition, Business Card Composer 3.1 features new Avery layouts, support for new card stock from Conqueror and bug fixes. Itis free for current users; the full version is US$34.95. Mac OS X v10.2 or higher is required.
Guest PC, which enables users to install the Windows OS on a Mac and use Windows applications, also includes support for Linux/Unix installations in version 1.4. It also fixes several bugs, offers better stability and enables users to disable the modem and serial port manually. Itis free for registered users; the full version is US$69.99. System requirements call for Mac OS X v10.3 or higher, a G3 or better processor, 256MB RAM and 2GB free hard drive space.
