CD Mastering Utility Updated With 40X Support

Charismac Engineering has released an update for Discribe, bringing it to version 5.0.11. Discribe is a CD/DVD mastering program that features support for over 250 burners. The latest update provides support for 40x burners. According to Charismac Engineering:

CharisMac Engineering added support for 40x CD recorders in an update to their popular Discribe CD / DVD mastering program today. Discribe v5.0.11 adds support for the latest ultra-fast 40x CD recorders as well as support for a variety of new DVD recorders. Discribe supports OS X as well as all flavors of OS 9.

Discribe, an industry proven, universal CD mastering utility for the Macintosh, boasts support for over 250 CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-R, DVD-RW and DVD+RW mechanisms and supports the creation of CDs in most all popular formats including: CD Extra, Hybrid, ISO-9660 and both track-at-once and disc-at-once audio. Discribe supports ATAPI, SCSI, Firewire (1394) and USB recorders.
