Can't Get To Paris Or San Francisco? Attend A Mac Expo Next Month In Minneapolis

The good people at First Tech are sponsoring the Macintosh Home and Business Expo, a Mac trade show that will be taking place in the Twin Cities area next month. First Tech is an Apple Specialist retailer in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, and this event is one of the only Mac Expos in the country outside of the big shindigs run by IDG. First Tech is also giving away a free iBook to one of the registered attendees. From First Tech:

First Tech, the Twin Cities leading Apple reseller, will sponsor the free Macintosh Home and Business Expo 2001 on Thursday, September 6, at the Radisson Hotel South in Bloomington, MN.

Appleis Senior Director of Worldwide Markets, Tony Lee, will kick-off the event at the 9 a.m. keynote. The Macintosh Home and Business Expo 2001 will offer a wide selection of Apple products at special discounts. A tradeshow area will feature top name vendors such as Xerox, Adobe, Apple, MYOB and many more. Many vendors will be displaying and demonstrating the most popular products available on the Mac OS.

First Tech and several vendors will be conducting 20 free seminars throughout the day, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Attendees will be able to take advantage of the opportunity to talk directly with vendors and salespeople.

Registered attendees will be able to participate in prize drawings throughout the day with a chance to win a new iBook from First Tech.
