Canvastic announced the immediate availability of version 2.1 of Canvastic, its flagship product, on Monday. The update improves the print quality of text and objects, clip art objects support transparency, placed graphic formats like .jpg and .png can be opened directly, saving QuickTime movies works smoother, and more. Canvastic is a graphics and publishing application designed for K-8 students.
Canvastic 2.1 is available for download at the Canvastic Web site, and is priced starting at US$79, or $59 for educational use. The update is free to registered users.
