Catalog And Search Update From Tri-Edre

Tri-Edre has released an update for Tri-CATALOG, bringing it to version 5.05. Tri-CATALOG is a search app designed to simplify searches of CDs and other storage mediums. The new version has performance enhancements including TIFF support and mutiple copy scan. According to Tri-Edre:

Tri-CATALOG 5.05 :

Files are very easy to locate on hard disks. Tri-CATALOG offers the same simplicity for files and pictures located on CDs, cartridges, etc. Tri-CATALOG features powerful search functions allowing you to easily locate your files. It also offers you the possibility to comment your pictures, sort them by marks, create libraries and publish pictures on the Web.

Tri-CATALOG 5.05 is free for Tri-CATALOG 5 users.

New features in version 5.05:

  • Scan new TIFF pictures
  • Tri-CATALOG can scan multiple copies of the same volume
  • Option to use thumbnails already saved in picture files when possible
  • Some improvements making easier the Japanese localisation of Tri-CATALOG
  • Several other minor improvements.
