Kent Sutherland released an update to his iChat enhancement utility, Chax, on Friday. Chax adds tabbed windows, Dock notifications, activity logs and more to iChat. The updated version includes several bug fixes, fixes a problem displaying group chats, and improves the Activity window by adding a tool bar, and saving status messages, logs, and file transfer information. Chax 1.4.2 is free and available for download at the Chax Web site.
