Chronos LC has released a new app for Mac users, F10 Launch Studio. F10 Launch Studio is a launch management suite designed as an alternative to dock launching. F10 features the full screen display of hundreds of app icons and ship with an auto-discovery feature for labeling. According to Chronos LC:
Chronos LC today unveiled its latest software offering, F10 Launch Studio, at Macworld Expo in San Francisco.
F10 Launch Studios Launch Pad is invoked by pressing the F10 key on the keyboard. The semi-transparent Launch Pad instantly appears filling the entire computer screen.
The Launch Pad contains large icons representing applications and documents on the users computer. An application can be launched simply by clicking the appropriate icon, upon which the Launch Pad immediately disappears leaving the users desktop completely unencumbered.
The software also has an Auto-Discovery feature that searches the computer hard disk for applications and intelligently assigns them to different categories such as Productivity, Utilities, Games and Lifestyle.
