Color Correction App Released For OS X

Lantana has released a new version of Crackerjack, bringing it to version 4.0. Crackerjack is a color correcting app designed for use by print professionals in the graphic arts market. The new version has several new features as well as support for OS X. According to Lantana:

Today, Lantana™ announced Crackerjack ™ 4.0, a significant upgrade to its award-winning product for PDF print production. Crackerjack is the #1 Acrobat printing product for the graphic arts market. Crackerjack offers convenience and features not available in high-end systems. Crackerjack employs a visually-intuitive user interface to tune all aspects of color print production. The "built-in" Crackerjack Pilot feature provides "hot folder" automation with customized settings by device, client, or application. Lantana will demonstrate Crackerjack 4.0 at the SeyboldSF exposition, September 25-27 in San Francisco at its booth (1517D), the Adobe Partners Pavilion.

Crackerjack 4.0 adds significant new features. These include separations preview, spot color mapping, a font embedding "fixer", expanded RGB conversion options, support for Acrobat 5.05, Mac OS X and Windows XP, and more.
