Directors NoteBook Updated With Multi-Camera Support

· by Mike Washlesky · News

Directors NoteBook Software has released an update for Directors NoteBook, bringing it to version 1.6. Directors NoteBook is a utility designed for commercial and film storyboard development. The update features multiple camera support. According to Directors NoteBook Software:

Directors NoteBook software today announced a student discount of 20% and the release of Directors NoteBook version 1.6.

Although Directors NoteBook is designed specifically for TV commercial directors and director/cameramen, many directors, producers and other key crew of longer format projects are using it as well, and have requested the multi-camera support.

There are no limits to the length of project. The feature rich application functions as a digital "project notebook", organizing all the information a director or other production department heads need access to during preproduction, production, and post-production.

The new release features support for multi-camera shoots. Users can specify different cameras for shots in the same scene or shot number or in other units.

You can find more information about the update at the Directors NoteBook Software Web site. The update is free for registered users, while the full version of Directors NoteBook is available for US$250.00.
