Download Photos From Your Digital Camera on the Fly

SmartDisk Thursday introduced the new FotoChute image storage device, a pocket-sized USB device that allows digital camera owners to offload their images on the fly.

Operating the FotoChute is straightforward: connect your USB digital camera to the FotoChute and with a push of a button, all the photos on the camera are downloaded to the FotoChuteis 20GB drive. Later, plug the FotoChute can be plugged into your Mac.

The FotoChute will ship in March for $249.99. At press time, SmartDisk had yet to update its site with information on the product.
