Download Utility Updated From R.A.D.

R.A.D. Productions has released an update for SuckItDown, bringing it to version 1.2. Suck It Down is a download utility tool designed for retrieving MP3is and other files from the Web. The update features improved OS X support and other enhancements. According to R.A.D. Productions:

Suck It Down is an Internet utility that streamlines the retrieval of images, MP3s and other files from Web sites. It includes the following new features:

  • Improved MacOS X support
  • Bug fixes make Suck It Down much more reliable under OSX
  • Multiple Simulations downloads
  • You can now set the number of current connections you want inside a single suck action. This allows you to have 1 to 9 files downloading simultaneously from a single Web page
  • You pick the file extensions to be downloaded
  • You can now limit or expand the file types Suck It Down will download
  • Uses the new OSX preferences mechanism
