Duty Calls, And The PowerBook Source Is For Sale

After over three years of service to the Mac community, The PowerBook Source domain is for sale. The Editor and Publisher of the site is no longer able to run the site, and rather than see the site close for good, he is hoping to sell the site and have regular content continue. According to Bryan Goldstein, Editor-in-Chief:

In an open letter to the PBS readership, yesterday, I announced plans to end my term as Editor-in-Chief of The PowerBook Source, and make the web site available for purchase (as my medical school education is about to begin at the Boston University School of Medicine in late August). This has been a tough decision to make, after three and a half years of service to the PBS and its loyal daily readership, but one that I felt was necessitated by the chance that the PBS web site could simply fall apart in the absence of a full-time Publisher and Editor-in-Chief.

And so, as the search for an able and competent successor begins, I would appreciate your help in alerting your readers to the current circumstances at The PowerBook Source (via the link below). My original letter remains posted online and is available on the PBS web site, at the following URL:

Details pertaining to my decision to step down, as well as to the sale of The PowerBook Source, are included in the letter. Daily PBS news posts will continue throughout the month of August.

Thanks for all of your support throughout the years...
