· by Brad Gibson · News

ESPN.com has released a Mac-compatible version of its ESPN Motion video player, the Web site announced on Monday.

Previously only available for Windows users, the Web browser-based player allows Mac users to watch streaming sports content. Users can also create custom video playlists, enlarge or pause video during playback, and adjust the overall audio level.

ESPN.com recommends viewing clips in Safari, Netscape, Mozilla and Firefox. Internet Explorer only offers limited compatibility. The Flash 6 plug-in is required.
