ergonis software has released an update for Easy Beat, bringing it to version 2.1. Easy Beat is a MIDI sequencer utility designed for custom music creation. The update features support for exporting MIDI files directly into GarageBand. According to ergonis software:

easy beat 2.1: MIDI authoring now combined with GarageBand export.

easy beat is the MIDI sequencer software for all who neither want to spend the money to purchase nor the time to climb the steep learning curve of other, huge and complicated sequencer tools.

Apple’s GarageBand is a great application for assembling loops and playing songs with impressive sound quality. If you look at numerous reviews and weblogs, however, you will find that many GarageBand fans are missing one essential feature: the ability to import MIDI files into GarageBand.

easy beat 2.1 is the missing link. Its highly acclaimed user interface lets you easily compose your songs. The new export feature lets you finally bring over your song to GarageBand. This makes easy beatthe MIDI front end for GarageBand.

You can find more information about the Easy Beat update at the ergonis software Web site. Easy Beat 2.1 is free for registered users, while the full version is available for US$89.00.
