Elan Speech has released a new app for Mac users, Speechissimo. Speechissimo is a utility designed for translating text into spoken word. The app features support for multiple languages and utilizes Elan Sayso technology for speech translation. According to Elan Speech:

The user just selects the piece of text he is interested in, copys it and presses "play", or drags and drops the piece of text onto Speechissimo to start reading it.
