FileMaker Inc. announced the immediate availability of FileMaker Mobile 8 on Tuesday. The companion application to FileMaker 8 lets users synchronize database information between Filemaker Pro 8, Advanced, Server, or Server Advanced and PalmOS and PocketPC devices. It also supports synchronizing with Filemaker Pro 7 and FileMaker Developer 7, and includes several pre-build database templates. FileMaker Mobile 8 is priced at US$69, upgrades from prior versions are $19.
