FileMaker Pro 7 was the "most awarded database software in 2004," according to a press release from the company today that lists 31 publications that presented awards to FileMaker Pro 7 or gave the software high marks.

"FileMaker Pro 7 is the most significant upgrade in the history of FileMaker and itis satisfying to know that the industry and media gave FileMaker 7 even more acclaim than any previous award-winning version of FileMaker Pro," said Ryan Rosenberg, vice president of marketing and services for FileMaker, Inc, in a statement.

FileMaker, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Apple.
