G-Tech Debuts G-Drive Q With Quad Interface

G-Technology Inc. on Tuesday introduced G-Drive Q, a new external hard drive with FireWire 400 and 800, USB 2.0 and eSATA ports. It offers a pair of FireWire 800 ports and one each of the others. Like G-Techis other storage solutions, G-Drive Q comes in an all-aluminum, Power Mac G5-like enclosure with an integrated heat sink.

G-Drive Q will be available next month in capacities up to 500GB, with prices starting at US$229. A product page was not available on the G-Technology Web site as The Mac Observer posted this article.
