OpenOSX.com is now shipping an update for the 3D spatial analysis app, Grass GIS 5.0.0. Grass GIS is a geographical database CD designed for use by professionals in the topographical imaging field. The latest CD version features improved Jaguar support and other fixes. According to OpenOSX.com:

Grass and all required and optional libraries have been compiled utilizing gcc 3.1 for native Jaguar (Mac OS X 10.2.x) performance.
