Sedico has released a handy German/English translation utility that functions from Appleis contextual menu. TransENDE allows translation from either English to German or German to English by providing an easily accessible contextual menu command. According to Sedico:
Sedico today announced the release of TransENDE(c). TransENDE(c) is a bilingual freeware software package for translating English and German words using Appleis Data Detectors. With TransENDE(c) you can translate words from English to German and German to English from the contextual menu. The system requirements are:
- PowerPC processor
- MacOS 7.6 (US English version) with Contextual Menu Extension and Text Encoding Converter Extension OR
- MacOS 8.0 or later (US English version)
- Apple Data Detectors 1.0.2 (which requires Applescript)
- Dictionary Lookup DB (included as part of Word Lookups ADD)
- Internet Connection
