· by Mike Washlesky · News

Glucose has released an update for WeatherPop and WeatherPop Advance, bringing them to version 1.8.1. WeatherPop is an automatic weather reminder designed to refresh current weather conditions directly to a users menu bar. The maintenance update ships with several bug fixes. According to Glucose:

Glucose today updated WeatherPop and WeatherPop Advance to version 1.8.1.

WeatherPop Advance 1.8.1 fixes several important issues with the 1.8 release. WeatherPop 1.8 now works correctly with OS X 10.1, has several updates to handle changes in data sources.

We are hard at work improving our WeatherPop support processes and are increasing staffing to improve communication with our valued customers.

Future versions of WeatherPop will gain the ability to automatically update to handle changes in weather sources and reporting problems to Glucose.

You can find more information about the WeatherPop update at the Glucose Web site. WeatherPop 1.8.1 is available as freeware.
