Optima System has released the latest version of their HTML editor/web page builder, PageSpinner. Version 3 includes XML support, a built in code checker, and improved JavaScript actions. The program provides a nice alternative for those not needing the power, or wanting to spend the money, on Dreamweaver and GoLive. According to Optima Systems:
