Griffin Technology is shipping the iCurve for PowerBook users. The iCurve has been tested and is compatible with the recently released 12" and 17" PowerBooks from Apple. The iCurve is a laptop stand designed for ergonomics and cooling. According to Griffin Technology:
Griffin Technology, Inc. today announced that internal testing has verified that their popular laptop stand, the iCurve fits the newest PowerBooks released from Apple Computer last month.
Both the 12-inch PowerBook G4 and the 17-inch PowerBook G4 rest comfortably and securely on the soft rubber friction strips on the top of the iCurve. The iCurve is a clear Lucite laptop stand designed specifically for Appleis PowerBook and iBook notebooks. It raises the screen to an ergonomically correct position and elevates the notebook, making room for an external keyboard and mouse. The elevation also provides cooling for optimum CPU performance.
