HTML Editor PageSpinner Beta 2 Release

Optima System has released a beta version of PageSpinner, bringing it to version 4.0b2. PageSpinner is an HTML editor for use with AppleWorks 6 databases. The latest beta version has performance enhancements including OS X Aqua buttons and proportional scrollbar support. According to Optima Systems:

Today Optima System released PageSpinner 4.0 Beta 2, a preview of Optimais HTML Editor for Macintosh.

PageSpinner 4.0 is now carbonized to run on Mac OS X and on Mac OS 8.6 and higher with CarbonLib installed.

Improvements in PageSpinner 4.0 Preview Beta 2:

  • Aqua-buttons are now used in the menu palettes on Mac OS X
  • Support for proportional scrollbars
  • Mouse scroll wheel support on Mac OS X
  • Added shortcuts to Mac OS X Terminal, Mozilla and OmniWeb in the updated Web Tools menu
  • Updated AppleGuide for Mac OS 8.6/Mac OS 9
  • Improved support for double-byte input

PageSpinner Beta 2 also provides several bug fixes and other improvements
