Hewlett Packard Announces New Business Printing Solutions

Hewlett Packard announced on Tuesday a package of new printing solutions that are aimed at in-house marketers and designed to help reduce printing costs and better manage printing environments. Fourteen new printers were announced.

HP said on Tuesday that they have developed a new branding strategy for HPis ink portfolio: their new HP Officejet business inkjet lines delivers a 50 percent lower cost per page than competitive laser printers. The multiple announcements included the following highlights in a feature story.

Leveling the playing field for small business: new printing solutions.

A portal for in-house marketers.

The feature story also has links to printer fact sheets and buyeris guides.

"Our goal is to offer a complete and affordable small business marketing solution," said Nor Rae Spohn, senior vice president, Imaging and Printing Group, HP. "Today?s launch builds on our Print 2.0 strategy, which will allow customers to print when and how they want ? in-house, at retail or through a print service provider."

HP also reiterated its January 30th announcement regarding their "Closed Loop" inkjet recycling program.
