IDE Komodo Adds Mac OS X Support to Version 3.5

ActiveState has released its integrated development environment (IDE) Komodo on Mac OS X for the first time with the publication of version 3.5. Komodo also now offers full support for the Ruby programming language, including the ability to debug Ruby on Rails applications, and features a new multilingual input method editor for using a Western keyboard to enter characters in French, German and other languages.

Komodo Professional sells for US$295 while Komodo Personal is $29.95. Existing Komodo 3.x customers qualify for free Mac OS X licenses while those who own older versions of Professional and Personal can upgrade for $99.95 and $19.95, respectively. Komodo 3.5 runs on Mac OS X v10.3 or v10.4.
