IOGEAR Shipping KVMP Switch

IOGEAR is now shipping the MiniView III for the Mac. The MiniView III is a USB KVM Peripheral switch designed for controlling up to four computers via one KVMP switch. The switch features push button controls as well as USB device sharing without network connections. According to IOGEAR:

IOGEAR announces the shipment of MiniView III, a USB KVM Peripheral (KVMP) sharing switch, which was prototyped at Comdex Fall 2001.

The product allows one USB console to control up to four computers and two USB peripheral devices (expandable to 127 devices with additional USB hubs) with one KVMP switch. MiniView III also features IOGEARis patented USB sniffing technology which provides users with complete USB keyboard and mouse emulation for error-free booting and real-time switching.

IOGEARis MiniView III features push button controls, Hotkey functions and OSD (On Screen Display) access. It allows computers share USB devices without network connections and offers independent switching of console and USB peripherals for top efficiency.
