Intuit Updates Quicken for Mac 2006

Intuit Inc. has released an update to Quicken 2006 for Mac that includes what the company is calling "stability improvements".

Release 2 has "stability improvements...made to prevent Quicken from quitting unexpectedly when launching or during data file conversion on systems running Mac OS X 10.4 or higher" and "stability improvements...to prevent Quicken from quitting unexpectedly when launching when certain internal files become corrupted. The files in question are now repaired and Quicken launches as expected."

Release 2 also addresses several online banking issues including a situation where "Quicken sometimes failed to copy the transaction to the register section of this window."
