Iogear introduced what it said is a first of its kind combination hub and card reader for USB 2.0. The device is compatible with both the Mac platform and Windows, and provides 6 USB 2.0 ports and a 12-in-4 card reader.
The device supports CompactFlash I/II, CompactFlash USB, CompactFlash Ultra, Micro Drives, Memory Stick, Memory Stick Switch, Memory Stick Pro, Magic Gate Memory Stick, Magic Gate Memory Stick Duo, Multimedia Card (MMC), SecureDigital (SD) and Smart Media memory cards.
The Hub and Card Reader works with Mac OS 8.6 to 9.x and Mac OS X, as well as Windows 2000/XP/Me/98SE (with a minimum 64MB RAM requirement).
