JoeSoft Releases Hear, Mac OS X Sound Enhancement

On Tuesday, JoeSoft announced the immediate availability of Hear, a sound enhancement program for Mac OS X. Hearis features include 3D sound, an equalizer, speaker correction and more.

Hear greatly improves audio quality of movies and music throughout all Mac OS X applications. Hear offers a wide array of settings that are quick and easy to find, which will greatly improve the sound quality of music, movies and games.

"Hear is a great new program that makes everything sound better on your Mac. All your music will be vastly improved, your movies will surround you with rich sound and your games will now blow you away," said Greg Brewer, CEO of Prosoft. Hearis features include 3D sound, an equalizer, speaker correction, center channel control, a virtual subwoofer, ambience and fidelity control.


Hear is a universal application, requires Mac OS X 10.4 or later and is priced at US$49.95.
