Kanzu has released an update for Extra Suites, bringing it to version 1.1. Extra Suites is a utility designed for AppleScripts commands. The update features expanded command options and a thumbnail icon bug fix. According to Kanzu:
Kanzu Utilities has released Extra Suites 1.1, a faceless background application for AppleScripters containing more than eighty new AppleScript commands to Mac OS X.
With Extra Suites, AppleScripters can write scripts to select menu items, move and click the mouse, autotype text (with or without modifier keys) display progress bars and dialog messages, activate and deactivate fonts, read and write resources, sort strings, convert strings to hex, and a whole lot more.
Version 1.1 adds commands to select menu items, get and set screen resolutions, get and set volume levels, and the create thumbnail icon command now works again.
