Keyboard Maestro Gets An Update

ClaireWare Software has released an update for Keyboard Maestro, bringing it to version 1.0.4.. Keyboard Maestro is an OS X hot key utility designed for faster keystroke functionality. The update includes improved hot key actions and other enhancements. According to ClaireWare Software:

New features and bug fixes in this version include:

  • New "Open System Preferences Pane" hot key action allows you to easily define a hot key to open any installed system preference pane
  • Added "Auto-Text Tokens" to the "Insert Text" hot key. The tokens allow you to insert dynamic text, such as the current date or time, or you Mac’s IP address
  • Remap keystroke hot keys no longer trigger other Keyboard Maestro hot keys
