MCE Technologies on Thursday announced that itis now shipping its new Auto/Airline Combo Adapter, which is compatible with all G4 PowerBooks and iBooks, as well as white G3 iBooks. It provides up to 72 watts of power and can plug into a 12-volt cigarette lighter or into an EmPower airline socket.
MCE noted that it weighs about five ounces and has a 4.5-foot cord. Pricing is US$49.95.
