MYOB announced the immediate availability of AccountEdge and AccountEdge Network Edition 2006 on Tuesday. The new version of MYOBis small and mid-size business accounting software has been updated with over 100 enhancements, including improved employee time-sheets that can be tied to project billing, a more powerful inventory management system, multi-year budget planning, a seven year transaction history, robust credit card processing support, and more.
AccountEdge Network Edition, which lets multiple users access the same company database at the same time, is bundled AccountEdge. AccountEdge 2006 sells for US$299, and additional multi-user licenses cost $149. Upgrades from previous versions are $139.
