MYOB Sold to Management Team

MYOB Ltd. announced on Tuesday that it is selling its US operations to Acclivity LLC. The deal, which takes effect December 5, will make Acclivity the US republisher of the MYOB product line. Acclivity is owned by the former architect of MYOB US, Tom Nash, and former head of US Sales and Marketing, Scott Davisson.

Acclivity will operate as MYOB-US, and will handle all US sales and support of the MYOB product line. Daily operations will continue as usual, and the company will remain at its Rockaway, NJ, offices.

MYOB is the maker of several business accounting applications including AccountEdge and FirstEdge.
