Mac.com Says .Mac Address Book Mentioned In iSync Release Coming Next Week

S everal Observers have noted that the Mac.com Web site is announcing that Address Book for .Mac will be coming on January 7th. Address Book for .Mac basically keeps your contacts synced between Address Book on your Mac and .Macis Webmail service, giving you access to that information online. Technically, .Mac Address Book was first mentioned in Thursdayis announcement of iSync, which will actually be handling the syncing feature. The service will apparently not be available until January 7th according to Mac.com. The site says:

Enjoy access to your key contact information anywhere. Your online .Mac Address Book will soon work with iSync so you can have all your key contact information, including addresses and phone numbers, up to date. A great feature when youire on the road.

You can find more information on iSync at Appleis Web site, and you can see the announcement at Mac.com.
