This yearis MacFeast will take place June 14th, this Saturday. MacFeast is, as its name suggests, a bankquet affair, complete with a dinner, speakers, vendors, and other entertainment. Many new Mac products will be featured at the event, followed by the barbecue feast at 7pm. Featured guest speakers are Shawn King of Your Mac Life, and Appleis regional manager, Brendan Schilling, who will be showing off the newly-released Final Cut Pro 4, along with other new Apple products. Some of the participating exhibitors at the Southern California MacFeast 2003 (www.macfeast.com) on Saturday June 14th will be showcasing many newly announced products with special pricing available only at the event. MacFeast 2003 is a spring Chuckwagon style barbecue banquet dinner featuring guest speakers Shawn King, the host of Your Mac Life internet radio show and Brendan Schilling, regional manager from Apple computer. The dinner banquet begins at 7p with a vendor expo scheduled from 3p-7p immediately preceding the main MacFeast 2003 event.
On June 14th, the day of MacFeast, Apple will be releasing Final Cut Pro 4 to the public. Brendan Schilling, regional manager of Apple computer, during his evening presentation will be showing an overview of some of the many new features of Final Cut Pro 4. In addition he will also be presenting some of the other latest new releases from Apple.
Aladdin Systems will be showing for the very first time in public, the new Spring Cleaning 6 and their new release of Internet Cleanup 1.0 for Macintosh. They will be offering special show pricing available only at MacFeast 2003.
MovieWorks will be offering a special show price for MovieWorks Deluxe 6.0 for only $69!
Also at MacFeast 2003, members of the Apple Consultants Network will be having their regional meeting scheduled from 4p -5:30p and the Southern California area Mac User groups will be holding their area coordination meeting from 5:30p-6:30p.
MacFeast 2003 will take place at Cerritos College in Southern California. Seating is limited, and admission is only available at the MacFeast 2003 Web site in advance using the invitation code NP-3.
