MacGameStore.com announced Monday the release of Hoyle Puzzle & Board Games as a digital download. The package includes twenty-one games, including several classic board and board games, word and number games, more than 1200 crosswords, and some tile games thrown in for good measure.
This marks the second digital release from Hoyle through MacGameStore.com, with this package previously being offered only as a boxed retail copy. A free trial version is available for download (a 612MB download), and the full version is priced at US$19.95.
Game requirements are modest, starting with Mac OS X 10.4.11, a 600 MHz G3 or better, 256 MB RAM, and 32 MB VRAM (the company noted that ATI Rage cards not supported).
