MacSpeech announced the immediate availability of two new package solutions for iListen on Thursday, the iListen Transcription Solution DS-2, and the iListen Plantronics Bundle. Both include the latest iListen software, along with an upgraded microphone headset.
The Transcription Solution, for both speech recognition and transcription, includes an Olympus DS-2 Digital Voice Recorder, and a choice of a VXi Parrot USB, VXi TalkPro Xpress US, VXi TalkPro USB Headset, or Plantronics .Audio 85 USB Stereo Headset/Microphone.
The Plantronics bundle includes the Plantronics .Audio 85 USB Stereo Headset/Microphone. The .Audio 85 is a multipurpose foldable stereo headset/microphone that provides audio quality good enough for voice recognition, iChat, Garageband, Voice over Internet (VoIP), and listening to music.
The Transcription Solution is priced at US$269, and the Plantronics .Audio 85 bundle is priced at $158.
