· by Mike Washlesky · News

MacTalent.com is lending a hand to Mac users by offering free memberships to its employment service. The online job posting service is making the move in the wake of recent economic downturns and the tragedies in New York and Washington, D.C. According to MacTalent.com:

In recognition of the financial recession which has caused thousands of people to lose their jobs, and the tragic events of September 11th which threatened the fabric of our society, MacTalent.com is assisting job seekers with free six month membership for Macintosh professionals who wish to post their resumes. This offer is valid from September 13 to September 30, 2001. Normally, MacTalent charges from $29 to $49 for this service. There is no obligation attached to this offer.

You can find more information about the free memberships at the MacTalent.com Web site.
