Yesterday, we had a story about Mac OS X beta in Canada. It seems that outside the US, the availability is not the same for everybody. While it takes a short time for Apple to ship the CD to Canadians, Australians would wait a little longer. Observer Aulia Masna e-mailed us with this information:
In response to Michael Mungeris story on the availability of Mac OS X in Canada, I feel that I need to inform you about Apple Store Australiais offer on Mac OS X beta. Itis for $55 Australian, including tax and delivery. However, it will take approximately 21 days to arrive if an order is made today (Friday, September 15, Australian time).
For those curious about the currency conversion, AUD$55 is the same approximate price than US$30.
