FastMacis "Take-Your-Mini-to-the-Max" upgrade program, launched Monday, offers Mac mini owners a choice of three upgrades for $199.95 each, including prepaid 3-way shipping, professional installation, free data transfer, and 1-2 business day turnaround.
For a few pennies under $200, Mac minis can be outfitted with an 8x Dual-Layer SuperDrive, 1GB of RAM, or a 100GB hard drive.
"For those who purchased the standard configuration and realize now that they need more, FastMac?s upgrade program allows you to get the max out of your mini," said Michael Lowdermilk, Business Development Manager for FastMac Performance Upgrades in a statement. "With our upgrades, the most affordable Mac just got even better."
