MacsDesigns Studio Releases Web Help Desk 5.6

MacsDesign Studio has released an update for Web Help Desk, bringing it to version 5.6. Web Help Desk is a Web development app utilizing WebObjects and is designed for IT support. The update features performance enhancements including new graphic reports and improved searching. According to MacsDesign Studio:

Built with the industryis most powerful and mature application server, WebObjects 5.1 from Apple Computer, Web Help Desk 5.6 offers an intuitive web interface and an excellent feature set for both end users and support technicians. This latest update includes:

  • Enhanced ticketing logic using new Tech Groups and Location Groups
  • New graphic reports for Tech Groups and Location Groups
  • Improved searching and sorting for job tickets and assets
  • FAQ search by keyword
  • Customizable, dynamic PDF Asset report creation
  • Detailed Job Ticket download in PDF
  • LDAP option for authentication and lookup of Client data
