Mandolux has released new desktops for download today. The desktops are images for use as the background on Macs, and represent anywhere from abstract imagery to dual monitor desktop configs. According to Mandolux:
Mandolux has issued a set of desktops in remembrance of 9/11 depicting the US flag in four different styles. The titled of these works are: Red Transition, A Sunny Morning, Night Wave, and Looking Up.
About the desktops:
- Red Transition is a close-up photograph concentrating in the transition of the stars and red stripes as they flow out of the focus area
- A Sunny Morning is a slow-shutter photograph of the flag flapping in the wind and was taken in the morning. This picture has a lot of whites and movement
- Night Wave is a close-up with zoom photograph taken in a similar environment as Red Transition but with different lighting
- Lastly, Looking Up is a photograph taken in the morning of the flag waving with radiance and solidarity in a blue-sky background
