Mariner Software announced the immediate availability of MacJournal 4.1 on Thursday. Some of the new features in the new version include:
- DotMac syncing
- Atom 1.0 support
- Sending multiple entries to a blog server at once
- Totally revamped audio recording feature
- Enabled spell check in the topic field
- A plug-in to read MacJournal data into Blacktreeis Quicksilver app launcher
- MacJournal will log into Google when posting to Blogger.com, not just when posting with a GMail address.
The Macjournal 4.1 page has a complete list of all the new features. It is available for immediate download and is free to registered users of version 4.0. MacJournal requires Mac OS X 10.3.5 or later and is priced at US$34.95.
